We offer 2 rooms, each room has access to the following areas. Shared bathroom, shared, kitchen, and shared living space.

Dogs – We must know in advance if you need to bring a dog. There is a $25 cleaning fee for each dog. The dog must be kenneled at night. We have a privacy fence around our backyard, but please clean up after your pet. We reserve the right to refuse service, with no refund of rental money, if the dog is found to be unruly, unclean, or destructive to our Nightly Rental. We love dogs and have two small dogs ourselves. However, they are not allowed in the BnB part of the home. Our goal is to have a clean and tidy area for all of our guests and sometimes dogs don’t understand that.

We do not allow parties or smoking. However, you are welcome to smoke in the outdoor areas of the home.

Charlie and Melinda live on the second floor with their Yorkie Molly and their miniature poodle Sam. Sam and Molly are rescue dogs and are very nervous around other people so you probably won’t be able to meet them. Charlie and Melinda have their own entrance to the second floor of the BnB.

There are six exterior doors and each one is painted a different color. The front of the house has a red door. This is where Charlie and Melinda get to their portion of the home. The yellow door is the main door to the Nightly Rental. It is located up the left set of steps off of Franklin Street. The Purple door and the Blue door are the doors that lead to the two bedrooms. Yes, you have your own outdoor entrance to your bedroom. These doors are located up the ramp. As you go up the ramp, you will see the blue door directly in front of you and the purple door is to the right of it.
